- WSIB Regulation 101 - Regulation 1101 In Ontario, all employers covered by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act are required to have first aid equipment, facilities, and trained personnel in all workplaces. Regulation 1101 of the Ontario Health & Safety Act outlines what each employers is obligated to provide, including guidelines for the content of first aid boxes, required signage, and first aid training for workers.
